Yes, the Layer Lifter comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.

A spare parts kit for the machine is also available if the customer would like this cost option.

The Layer Lifter is designed to be easily repairable using local parts anywhere in the world, and contains standard industrial parts.

Layer lifting: 30 seconds

Pallet splitting: 45 seconds

Pallet exchanges: more than 40 per hour

The Layer Lifter was designed with safety in mind and comes with the following safety features: 

• safety lights guards
• full perimeter security fencing in stainless steel
• hold-to-run controls with safety shut-off
• 3 selectable and settable grip pressures
• instant-stop function of controls
• function lock-out of controls
• operator clean-line-of-site of operating area
• retentive emergency stop
• manual reset function of emergency-stop and light guard
• key switch operation limits control to trained personnel only

Safe working load 1,000 kg. Can lift up to 2,000 kg depending on the product being lifted, e.g., hard versus soft goods, due to the pressure grip needed to lift the product.
